Conceptual Design - Present multiple solutions to design requirement based upon client input. The first program stage convies optional approaches that quantify durability, cost, quality, development time and manufacturability.

Systems Layout - Optimize layout of all product features and components based upon Industrial Design, manufacturing, electrical performance and survivability criteria. The layout would incorporate Design for Assembly and Design for Manufacturing guideline optimizations.

Industrial Design/Marketing Support - Create high quality, high resolution color graphical representations of proposed products or existing ones to be utilized in Industrial Design, Marketing or other presentations. Create prototypes for market field studies.

Modeling - Model all mechanical parts utilizing the latest CAD design tools including: SolidWorks, ProENGINEER and AutoCAD.

Vendor Selection and Supervision - Assistance in the selection of qualified vendors for all product components.

File Transfer, Internet Functions - Assistance in transferring files to all vendors including version control and file translation services. Perform internet searches for components that satisfy sales volume, budget and reliability .

Rapid Prototyping - Provide all design data and refer vendors cabable of generating prototypes of the design for early review. These include: stereolithography, urethane castings and machined substrates for plastic parts and wire EDM and hand formed metal parts.

Finite Element Analysis - Perform finite element analysis of components using COSMOSWorks for stress and thermal dynamics.

Mechanism Motion Analysis - Perform and model motion analysis with full color AVI output using COSMOSMotion.

PCB Layout Evaluation - Interference check, heat dissapation, connector selection, cable harnesses, etc.

First Piece Inspection and Analysis - Perform first piece inspection on all components to insure form fit and function as well as conformation to print. Analysis includes X bar R and sigma level evaluation.

Documentation - Provide prints and specifications for all mechanical components.

Paper to CAD Conversions - Convert parts designed on paper in 2D to a fully parametric 3D CAD model.

Technical Illustration and Writing - Support all technical manual requirements.

Patent Application – Internet product search to determine if similar product exists, patent and prior art searches, support document generation and attorney liaison.
